All responsible gaming tools are free to activate. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive limit increases during a session.

A deposit limit is the single most effective tool for keeping your gaming within a manageable budget. uubdx allows you to set limits at three time intervals: daily (resets at midnight BST), weekly (resets on Monday), or monthly (resets on the 1st of each month). You can set limits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and they apply across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

We recommend setting your deposit limit before your first session and reviewing it at the start of each month. A good starting point is to set your monthly deposit limit to an amount you are genuinely comfortable losing in full — because gaming outcomes are never guaranteed and you should never deposit money you cannot afford to lose.

  • Log in to your uubdx account and navigate to Account Settings.
  • Select "Responsible Gaming" from the settings menu.
  • Choose "Deposit Limits" and select daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Enter your limit amount in ৳ and confirm. The limit activates immediately.

Take a Break

Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Options

If you feel you need a break from gaming, uubdx offers two levels of pause. A time-out (or account freeze) suspends your account for a short period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — after which access is automatically restored. This is suitable for players who want a brief cooling-off period without a long-term commitment. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications.

Self-exclusion is a stronger measure, intended for players who feel their gambling has become or is becoming a problem. You can request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or a permanent exclusion with no end date. During a self-exclusion period, your account is fully suspended: you cannot deposit, bet, withdraw, or interact with any part of the platform. uubdx will also remove you from all marketing lists and will not send any promotional material during your exclusion period.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Requests to lift a self-exclusion early will not be processed. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, uubdx will permanently close the account with no option for reinstatement. This is by design — self-exclusion must be a meaningful commitment, not a speed bump.

uubdx is an adults-only platform and we take the protection of minors extremely seriously. It is a fundamental breach of our Terms and Conditions for any person under the age of 21 to use the uubdx platform in any capacity. All accounts submitted for registration are subject to age verification checks, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

If you share a device with children or younger family members in your household in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere else in Bangladesh, you are responsible for ensuring that those individuals cannot access your uubdx account. We strongly recommend logging out of your account after every session, using a PIN-protected device, and never storing your login credentials in a shared browser.
