Overview

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the uubdx website and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, crash games, and all other gaming products offered through the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and uubdx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing uubdx, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. uubdx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 1

Eligibility and User Requirements

To be eligible to use uubdx you must: (a) be a natural person of at least 21 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction; (c) not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law; and (d) not be a self-excluded player or otherwise restricted from gambling by court order or regulatory direction. uubdx does not permit the use of the platform by any individual who does not meet all of these eligibility requirements.

uubdx reserves the right to request identity documents at any time in order to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Age and identity verification requirements exist to protect vulnerable individuals and to fulfil our responsible gaming obligations.

Section 2

Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active account on uubdx. Opening duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, access multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

uubdx may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these registration and account obligations. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending an investigation. The outcome of any investigation is final and uubdx's determination shall be binding.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

uubdx supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your uubdx wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider and are generally instant for bKash and Nagad transactions. uubdx does not charge fees on standard deposits; any applicable fees are determined by your mobile banking provider.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. uubdx is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or mobile banking provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide for withdrawals are accurate. uubdx is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number due to information you provided.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

uubdx may from time to time offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Rollover requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in individual promotion pages. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — for example, certain live casino table games may contribute at a lower percentage rate than slots. It is the player's responsibility to review the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it. Bonuses are intended to enhance the entertainment value of the platform, not to serve as a guaranteed income mechanism.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

uubdx operates a fair and secure gaming environment. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other users, or constitutes fraud or abuse is strictly prohibited. uubdx takes active steps to detect and investigate prohibited conduct and will take appropriate action, including account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Where uubdx determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to: void all wagers placed during the period of prohibited conduct; confiscate winnings derived from such conduct; permanently close the account; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities if the conduct involves suspected criminal activity, including money laundering.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

uubdx is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulty, we encourage players to use the tools available on the platform and to seek support. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Allowing minors to access your account is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Section 7

Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubdx excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failure, interrupted internet connections, or payment processing errors; loss of winnings or bonuses due to account suspension or closure for a breach of these Terms; or any losses resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms.

uubdx makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We undertake reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with your use of uubdx shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with uubdx support may be referred to binding arbitration. uubdx's decision on all operational matters, including the outcome of game disputes, wager voids, and account actions, shall be final.

Changes to These Terms

uubdx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact information held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of uubdx following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any cleared funds held in your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. uubdx recommends checking this page each time you log in if you want to stay current with the terms governing your use of the platform.
